"PLan to GO" fee
After your consultation, to receive a personalized quote we require a non-refundable "Plan to Go" fee of $100 in order to proceed with the additional research needed for your trip.*
If you book services with us after paying the "Plan to Go" fee, then that amount gets applied to your trip.
If you decide not to book with us, it's no problem—the "Plan to Go" fee covers the time we spent researching your quote.

ticketing fee
Researching airfare availability can take a lot of time and industry knowledge, and we put our heart into finding the best itineraries for you! Therefore, we charge the following service fees on airfare:
For airfare on package bookings (land or cruise + airfare), we charge a non-refundable service fee to ticket economy* class:
To ticket domestic air, we charge $35 per person.
To ticket international air, we charge $50 per person.
To ticket Business class (domestic or international), we charge $100 per person.
To ticket complex airfare-only itineraries, we charge $150-250 per person, based on how complex the itinerary is.
Please note that all airfare is non-refundable unless otherwise noted. Seats and bags may also be an additional fee based on the airline and fare. Hotels and resorts may also charge an additional fee that is payable locally.
*Ticketing fees for higher classes of service, trains, groups, and other miscellaneous 'a la carte' services may vary.
Passports
Airlines are strict about changes, so in order to avoid potential penalties, to ticket airfare we require every passenger's date of birth, exact spelling of names as on their passports, passport numbers, and passport expiration date. Send us a photo or scan of your passport to help simplify the process!
CanceLLation AND CHANGE feeS
If you need to make major changes to a booking or cancel a booking after payment has been applied, our fee is $100 per person to cancel or change (in addition to any other cancellation or change fees noted on your confirmations).
Tour operators
In order to provide the best service, we are partnered with a large selection of suppliers and vendors that have been vetted through our consortia. If you have found a tour operator that you would like to work with who is not one of our vetted suppliers, we will try our best to recreate the itinerary through either one of our trusted vendors or another tour operator that we have a working relationship with. If we are unable to do this, we may recommend that you book that portion of your trip on your own as we cannot guarantee the level of service you will receive.
earning Miles and reward points
Our focus is to provide clients with a value based product. To do so, we often work with suppliers that are able to offer products and services at discounted rates instead of booking direct with an airline, hotel, rental car company or other travel-related company. Rates booked in this manner do not always accumulate miles or points at the rate you may be accustomed to if we were to book direct, if they even award miles, points, or other forms of incentive at all.
We provide frequent flyer numbers and other rewards/loyalty related program information to our suppliers but cannot guarantee that you will receive miles/points or another form of incentive in return. If an incentive is a priority for you, then please advise us before payment is made on a trip and we will then book directly with the supplier.
insurance
You never can be too prepared, so typically we recommend trip protection, especially for international travel. Please note that if you decline to purchase an insurance policy through us, we will need to have you either sign our waiver form or send us a written confirmation from you stating that you will not be purchasing insurance. Please note that if we do not receive this in writing then we cannot proceed with your booking.
Many insurance policies don't cover Covid-19 should you test positive for it after you've traveled, but Covac Global does, and we've partnered with them to better protect you should this scenario happen. Click here for more information.
